I still got the left over ’steaks’ from last time in the freezer. It’s Sunday, a good time to use it. I got the recipe from cookinglight.com. I think it was pretty good, but not great. The recipe calls for light sour cream for the gravy. I don’t make gravy often anyway, so next time, I’ll definitely use the real deal. On few occassions, heavy cream shouldn’t hurt that much. If I want to be light, I just won’t make gravy, au jus should be good enough.
