Lunch today: hash beef with curry flavor, baked tomatoes, and crab imitation omelete.
I make the beef the night before. I use garlic, onions, beef, potatoes, peas. Seasoning: cumin, turmeric, salt and pepper.
The tomatoes, add a bit olive oil, salt, mozarella cheese. I prepĀ it at night, in the morning, I pop it in my toaster oven, andĀ baking it in the oven just until the cheese melted.
