I usually eyeball all the seasonings. So, it might be not very accurate, to the tablespoons. But, the composition should be pretty good. E.g. 1 tbs kecap manis, 1 tbs soy sauce. So, it’s 1:1..
Don’t be afraid of ‘measurements’, has to be accurate and all. As long as you don’t put the whole jar of salt, it is fixable. Don’t be afraid, what if I put too much onions, too much carrots, and so on.. To me, cooking is experiment, only experience will make great cook.
