This is one of the dishes that I would classify as ”Indo Chinese”.
Ingredients:
- 5 cups bean sprout
- 2-3 tbs dried shrimps (soak them in hot water about 15 min)
- 1 tbs chopped garlic
- 1 tbs light soy sauce
- pinch of ground white pepper and sugar
- 1 tbs oil
Directions:
- Heat the wok over medium high heat, swirl oil in.
- Add chopped garlic and dried shrimps, stir till fragrant.
- Add the bean sprout and the rest of the ingredients. Stir well and serve.
